The WIKA O-10 pressure transmitter is developed for a wide variety of industrial applications. A large range of process and electrical connections, as well as all commonly used pressure ranges and output signals, set the model O-10 apart. For applications in which water is used as a medium we recommend a 5-fold overpressure safety in combination with a condensation-tight case. Due to its specifications, its features and its price, the pressure transmitter is ideally suited to OEM applications with an annual quantity requirement of more than 1,000 units of each part number. Accordingly, the minimum batch size is 50 units. The WIKA O-10 has been designed specifically for the demands of the global market. The pressure transmitter offers international units and the corresponding approvals for the North American and Russian markets. The WIKA S-11 pressure transmitter with flush diaphragm has been specifically designed for the measurement of viscous, paste-like, adhesive, crystallising, particle-laden and contaminated media, which would clog the pressure channel of conventional process connections. Through its optimised design, the flush process connection enables cleanability with the wetted diaphragm integrated into the process. Low-maintenance and trouble-free pressure measurement are thus also guaranteed in critical applications with frequently changing media. High accuracy, a robust design, high-quality craftsmanship and the high flexibility of configuration are key features of the model S-11. Flush process connection All process connections of the flush pressure transmitter are made of stainless steel and are fully welded and isolate the medium from the pressure measuring instrument via a positive seal. A reliable, dead-space free sealing between the process connection and the measuring medium is thus assured. For high medium temperatures of up to 150 °C (302 °F), the pressure transmitter is also available with an integrated cooling element. Specifically, for the food and beverage industry, a version with an internal system fill fluid in accordance with FDA 21 CFR 178.3750 can be chosen.

With its 4 … 20 mA, 4 … 20 mA HART®, PROFIBUS® PA or FOUNDATION Fieldbus„¢ output signals, combined with either intrinsically-safe or flameproof ignition protection (in accordance with ATEX), the WIKA DPT-10 differential pressure transmitter is ideally suited to applications requiring these features. The electronics of all transmitters with explosion protection, even for the flameproof variant, are intrinsically safe. Thus it is possible to make adjustments on the instrument in EX areas while the instrument is live. The WIKA DPT-10 is suitable for many industrial measuring requirements, such as flow measurement using differential pressure elements, level measurement or filter and pump monitoring. With diaphragm seals fitted, the DPT-10 differential pressure transmitter is also suitable for harsh process conditions. As a result of the available measuring ranges of 0 … 10 mbar up to 0 … 40 bar and a static pressure limitation of up to 420 bar, the instrument can be used in almost any application. The internal digital signal processing, combined with proven sensors, guarantees high accuracy and the best long-term stability. There are seven different housing variants available for the DPT-10 differential pressure transmitter, and thus, it is possible to select a variant suited to every operating environment. The housing itself can be rotated through 330° and is available in plastic, aluminium and stainless steel. An electropolished stainless steel housing (316L) is available to meet the high demands of the food industry and the pharmaceutical industry. Easy configuration and operation Service and set up at the DPT-10 differential pressure transmitter are carried out using the optional display and operation module, which can be fitted in four positions. The operation menu has a simple and self-explanatory structure and has nine selectable languages as standard. Alternatively, the operating parameters can be set using the PACTware„¢ free and non-proprietary configuration software. An instrument-specific DTM enables easy integration into a corresponding Distributed Control Systems.
