VTY 20 Turbine Flow Sensor

VTY 20 Turbine Flow Sensor

2808

The SIKA VTY 20 turbine flow sensor gives you precise and robust products to measure flow rates or total flows, for water and water mixtures. Turbine flow sensors of the series VTY stainless steel were specially developed for the use in industrial applications. The sensors are particularly suitable for use in, e.g. dosing systems, heaters, coolers or temperature control units. The liquid flowing into the turbine flow sensor is split into individual jets by the flow straightener. These jets hit the rotor evenly, setting the rotor in motion. The rotation speed of the rotor is then converted to an electrical pulse signal (frequency): The rotor is fitted with magnets, and a Hall effect sensor detects the rotation of the rotor. A flow-proportional frequency signal (square-wave signal) is made available. Given the uniform inflow to the bearing, the forces largely cancel themselves out and wear reduced to a minimum. The sturdy bearing materials – sapphire and hard metal – also guarantee an exceptionally long endurance.

MBS 3100/3150 Pressure Transmitter

MBS 3100/3150 Pressure Transmitter

5134

The compact ship approved Danfoss MBS 3100, and MBS 3150 pressure transmitters are designed for almost all marine applications. The Danfoss MBS 3150 pressure transmitter with integrated pulse-snubber is suitable in marine applications with severe medium influences like cavitation, liquid hammer or pressure peaks. It offers a reliable pressure measurement, even under harsh environmental conditions. Excellent vibration stability, robust construction, and a high degree of EMC / EMI protection equip the pressure transmitter to meet the most stringent industrial requirements.

The high accuracy Danfoss MBS 4510 pressure transmitter with flush diaphragm is designed for use in non-uniform, high viscous or crystallising media within industrial applications. It offers a reliable pressure measurement, even under harsh environmental conditions. The flexible MBS 4510 pressure transmitter covers a 4-20 mA output signal, absolute and gauge (relative) versions, measuring ranges from 0-0.25 to 0-25 bar zero and span adjustment. A rotatable plug connection and a G1A conic pressure connection with a flush mounted diaphragm. Excellent vibration stability, robust construction, and a high degree of EMC/EMI protection equip the pressure transmitter to meet the most stringent industrial requirements.

The SIKA VTY 15 turbine flow sensor gives you precise and robust products to measure flow rates or total flows, for water and water mixtures. The VTY 15 turbine flow sensor is specially developed for installation in electrical heat interface units (HIU). The sensors are particularly suitable for use in, e.g. dosing systems, heaters, coolers or temperature control units. The liquid flowing into the turbine flow sensor is split into individual jets by the flow straightener. These jets hit the rotor evenly, setting the rotor in motion. The SIKA VTY 10 turbine flow sensor gives you precise and robust products to measure flow rates or total flows, for water and water mixtures. Turbine flow sensors of the series VTY 10 is also available in a plastic version. The sensors are particularly suitable for use in, e.g. dosing systems, heaters, coolers or temperature control units. The liquid flowing into the turbine flow sensor is split into individual jets by the flow straightener. These jets hit the rotor evenly, setting the rotor in motion.
