Rotork K-Tork Pneumatic Vane Actuator
K-Tork
K-TORK range vane actuators are versatile, modular and available in both double-acting and spring-return models. The vane actuator is a true rotary actuator that does not require the conversion of linear to rotary motion. It is a very simple, highly accurate and reliable quarter-turn / rotary actuator. K-TORK actuators are used to operate ball, butterfly or plug valves as well as many other mechanisms that require a 90º rotation in a variety of process control and critical applications across all industries. The modular design allows easy configuration with Rotork manual gearboxes, switch boxes, valve positioners, solenoids and ancillary equipment.

Rotork CP Pneumatic Scotch Yoke Actuator
CP
CP range pneumatic actuators for quarter-turn valves are a versatile, modular, scotch yoke design available in both double-acting and spring-return configurations. The compact and efficient design yields high torques even at low pressures. The design concepts found in Rotork’s large, heavy-duty actuators have been applied to the CP range, which brings heavy-duty actuator qualities to small, quarter-turn actuators

Rotork GP Pneumatic Scotch Yoke Actuator
GP
GP (pneumatic) range scotch yoke actuators are designed to provide a rotary, quarter-turn movement for either on/off or modulating duty. The rugged yet compact design is available with two different yoke designs. The classic symmetric yoke delivers peak torque at both ends of stroke. Alternatively, they can be supplied with canted torque arms designed to deliver peak torque at only one end of stroke. Use of canted arms can often reduce actuator size, weight and cost for valves with appropriate torque demand characteristics.

SY Series: Small Steel Scotch Yoke Actuator
SYSSSYA
Steel for Outstanding Corrosion Protection Pneumatic Actuators for Quarter-Turn Valves and Dampers Torques from 800 - 12,370 In-lbs. Double Acting Spring Return TRIAC® SY Series scotch yoke actuators by A-T Controls offer “workhorse” cycle operation. These rugged multi-purpose actuators are the compliment to the already trusted THD Series. The compact design offers options to address your quarter turn torque requirements. The SY Series is a reliable way to automate quarter turn valves and provides options for accessory mounting and manual override operation. The design is modular and allows for easy rotation choices. Simply flip the actuator to achieve clockwise (CW) or counterclockwise (CCW) operation. This design features a supported scotch yoke which is stabilized by significant body bearings for minimal wear. Various spring and pressure options allow you to achieve the torque balance you need. Increased efficiencies in this design give you the most actuator for the money. For many applications, steel is just better. These small steel scotch yoke actuators, compared to aluminum, provide better corrosion resistance in harsh environments such as marine salt water and petro-chemical applications. Additionally, surface coatings adhere better than aluminum. When your application calls for rugged and reliable valve actuation, rely on the TRIAC® SY Series

TRIAC® Floor Mounted Damper Drives Available in Pneumatic or Electric Configurations
TriacFMDD
TRIAC® floor mounted damper drives are the best choice for operating dampers, vanes and fan control where high vibration, heat, extreme cold, dust and inaccessibility render direct coupling of actuators to shafts impractical. Available in pneumatic (on-off and modulating), and electric (24 VDC, 120 VAC 1-phase, 220 and 440 volt 3-phase configurations, these rugged drives combine industry proven TRIAC® pneumatic and electric actuators with our engineering expertise. The rugged frames can be ordered to dimensionally replace older drives manufactured by several previous suppliers. TRIAC® frames consist of welded steel housings with pillow block bearings, maintenance access panels, and our unique infinite position lever arms. The units are tough enough for the harshest environments found in today’s refineries, power plants, steel-making boiler rooms, water treatment facilities, pollution controls, pulp and paper industries and co-generation turbine units. Contact A-T Controls for specific drawings and specifications for your replacement or new applications.
