Steam-Trac ST-350
ST-350
The Steam-Trac ST-350 is designed specifically for steam service to 350 PSI. The reflex borosilicate glass has prisms molded into the process side which will display black for water and white for steam. All connections and materials fully comply with ASME requirements, and the gauge may be used as a Direct Reading Sight Glass for compliance to ASME PG-60. Since water appears completely different than steam, it is not necessary to have overlapping sections. Multiple section gauges will have a continuous chamber constructed of a single piece of bar. Recessed gasket seats and a forged cover make the ST-350 easy and inexpensive to maintain. Live-loading with spring washers is standard and will ensure maintenance of original torque value in cyclic conditions.

Steam-Trac ST-450
ST-450
Steam-Trac ST-600 steam gauges are ruggedly built to set the industry standard for reliability. All materials and construction standards are within strict compliance of ASME Section 1 code requirements. The Steam-Trac ST-450 can be configured to replace less durable, more expensive, competitive models or for specific construction projects. Visible range must be achieved by using multiple sections with a 1” minimum overlap to ensure continuous visibility, as required by ASME Section 1, PG-60. To reduce expensive maintenance cycles, the Steam-Trac ST-450 is built with a gauge chamber that is reinforced to minimize lateral deflection of the gauge chamber which is the primary cause of gasket or mica failure in steam gauges. Consistent load on the gauge cover is ensured with the liberal use of spring washers.

Steam-Trac Product STB-3000 A
STB-3000A
The Steam-Trac STB-3000A Bi-Color Ported Gauge must be used with a red/green filter illuminator. The gauge chamber is constructed with opposing ports at an angle so that red light will pass unimpeded through the gauge in the steam phase. When water is present, refraction will allow green light, only, to pass through. The result is a clear visual indication of water level.
