111.12 Bourdon Tube Pressure Gauge
3306
The WIKA 111.12 pressure gauge is based on the proven Bourdon tube measuring system. On pressurisation, the deflection of the Bourdon tube, proportional to the incident pressure, is transmitted to the movement via a link and indicated. The modular design enables a multitude of combinations of case materials, process connections, nominal sizes and scale ranges. Due to this high variance, the instrument is suitable for use in a wide range of applications within the industry. For mounting in control panels, the pressure gauges can, depending on the process connection, be fitted with a surface mounting flange or with a triangular bezel and mounting bracket. The standard version of the model 111.10 is manufactured, cost-optimised on modern production lines, in volumes of several million instruments per year.

111.16 / 111.26 Bourdon Tube Pressure Gauge
3309
The WIKA 111.16 and 111.26 bourdon tube pressure gauge has been specifically designed for panel mounting and therefore feature a back mount process connection. The model 111 pressure gauges are based on the proven Bourdon tube measuring system. On pressurisation, the deflection of the Bourdon tube, proportional to the incident pressure, is transmitted to the movement via a link and indicated. For easy installation, the plastic cases of the panel mounting series are already equipped with a mounting flange. The model 111.16 Bourdon tube pressure gauge can be fitted to the panel using a mounting bracket (accessory). The model 111.26 is mounted to the board by snap-in mounting using lateral locating lugs at the case. Also, metallised front bezels can be supplied for model 111.26.

113.13 Bourdon Tube Pressure Gauge
3313
The WIKA 113.13 bourdon tube pressure gauge is a liquid-filled mechanical pressure gauge with plastic case. The liquid filling causes damping of the internal components and contributes to increased vibration resistance and shock resistance. The WIKA 113.13 bourdon tube pressure gauge is suitable for installation in machines and plants where vibrations and shocks are expected. These pressure gauges are based on the proven Bourdon tube measuring system. The deflection of the Bourdon tube is transmitted to a movement and indicated. The plastic case and the window are welded together, and an O-ring seal seals the process connection at the case. In this way, the instrument fulfils the high requirements for IP65 ingress protection. With accuracy class 2.5 and the available nominal sizes 40, 50 and 63, this model is suited for a wide range of applications in industry. The mounting bracket, which is available as an option, enables the panel mounting of pressure gauges with back mount process connection. The nominal size 63 mm version with back mount process connection is alternatively offered with a mounting flange on the front of the instrument. This mounting flange is used, when, for example, panel mounting is only possible from the front.

213.40 Bourdon Tube Pressure Gauge
3322
The especially robust WIKA 213.40 bourdon tube pressure gauge is designed to meet the requirements of a wide range of industrial applications. For measuring points with high dynamic pressure loads or vibrations, for gaseous and liquid media that are not highly viscous or crystallising and will not attack copper alloy parts, mining, hydraulics and shipbuilding. The WIKA 213.40 is vibration and shock-resistant and made of solid forged brass.

DPGS40 TA Pressure Gauge
3325
The WIKA DPGS40 TA differential pressure gauges of the DELTA-line product family are primarily used for the monitoring and control of low differential pressures where there are high requirements regarding one-sided overpressure and static pressure. Typical markets for these products are the shipbuilding industry, process heating technology, the heating, ventilation and air-conditioning industries, the water/wastewater industry, and machine building and plant construction. For these, the primary function of the measuring instruments is the monitoring of filters, compressors and pumps. Wherever a differential pressure must be displayed locally and, at the same time, electrical circuits need to be switched safely dependent on defined differential pressure, the DELTA-comb finds its use. As the pressure passes above or below a defined set point, the switching operation is triggered. The switch point is accessible from the front and can be adjusted in the range of 10 … 100 % of the full-scale value. An assistant scale enables an accurate setting of the switch point and indicates the current set point. Due to the mechanical indication, the differential pressure can be read securely, even if the voltage supply is lost. A unique feature of the DELTA-comb with component testing lies in approval of the Germanischer Lloyd. This approval is a seal of quality in the shipping and offshore industries and ensures safe operation. The robust aluminium case and shatterproof window enable a long service life of the product, even under harsh ambient conditions. As a result of the low measuring range of 0 ¦ 250 mbar, the instrument can also be used for applications with low differential pressures.

PGS21 Bourdon Tube Pressure Gauge
3349
The WIKA PGS21 switchGAUGE is a combination of a bourdon tube pressure gauge and a pressure switch. It offers the usual analogue display, which can be read on-site irrespective of the power supply, and in addition the possibility to switch a potential-free electrical signal. One or two fixed switch points are factory-set to customer requirements, between 10 and 90 % of the scale range, and indicated on the dial by red mark pointers. Depending on the pressure gauge's pointer position, the circuit will be opened or closed. Thus the switchGAUGE can be used actively for process monitoring, for example, to control the level of a gas cylinder or a hydraulic circuit. The switchGAUGE is available as standard in scale ranges from 0 … 2.5 to 0 … 400 bar with an accuracy class of 2.5 and a 1 m round cable for the electrical connection. Through various options (e.g. other scale ranges, higher accuracy class, different cable lengths, plug connection) the pressure measuring instrument can be matched precisely to the customer-specific requirements of each application. The instrument has been designed in accordance with EN 837-1 and fulfils all the requirements within it. Furthermore, it features increased ingress protection of IP 65 and can, therefore, be offered with optional liquid filling to increase its vibration resistance.
