Masoneilan 49000 V-Log Trim Valve
49000
Masoneilan 49000 Series V-Log™ Energy Management Trim The Masoneilan 49000 Series V-Log trim is engineered to address the challenges associated with high-energy fluid applications. Its three-dimensional tortuous path design manages pressure reduction by efficiently dissipating process fluid energy. Fluid is directed through discrete flow channels that alternate across adjacent planes, creating a labyrinth effect. Within these channels, multiple stages are formed by a series of 90° turns with intermediate contractions and expansions, ensuring controlled velocity and staged pressure drop. Features Three-dimensional tortuous path for effective energy dissipation Staged pressure drop for cavitation and noise control Fluid velocity management with optimized exit jet spacing Customized flow characterization with expanded outlet designs Specifications Sizes: 4" through 36" Ratings and Connections: Flanged and butt weld, ANSI 150–2500 Body Styles: Globe and angle pattern Body Materials: Carbon steel, stainless steel, chrome-moly, and NACE-compliant alloys Actuators: Model 87/88 multi-spring diaphragm Model 51/52/53 cylinder actuators Trim Options: 1 to 36 stages and custom characterization

Masoneilan78400/18400 Series Lincoln Log
78400
Masoneilan 78400 and 18400 Series Lincoln Log™ Control Valves The Masoneilan Lincoln Log™ is a premier multi-stage, axial-flow trim design developed for severe high-pressure liquid letdown applications. Capable of incorporating up to 10 stages of pressure reduction, the Lincoln Log valve effectively manages extreme pressure drops exceeding 8,000 psi (550 bar). Renowned for its robust construction, the Lincoln Log is repeatedly specified for the industry’s most demanding liquid service conditions. Its advanced anti-cavitation design reduces cavitation damage while withstanding direct impingement from abrasive particles such as sand or metal entrained in the process fluid. Features Dynamic stability across all operating conditions Tight control performance under high differential pressure (DP) Minimal vibration in severe service applications Protected seating surfaces ensuring ANSI/FCI Class V leakage compliance Large flow passages capable of passing particles up to 1/10 of valve size Specifications Sizes: 1" to 10"; 2" through 24" (50–600 mm) Ratings and Connections: Flanged: ANSI 150–2500, UNI-DIN 10–400 Butt weld (BW) or socket weld (SW) Ring type Joint (RTJ) Threaded: NPT up to 2" (50 mm) Body Materials: Carbon steel, stainless steel, chrome-moly, NACE-compliant alloys, and others Body Styles: Globe and angle pattern designs Actuators: Model 87/88 multi-spring diaphragm Cylinder, spring-return or double-acting, with integrated volume tank Trim Options: Multi-stage axial flow, engineered staging ratios, and modified linear flow characteristics
